Is it possible to update user object attributes from an account object?

In our use case when an account is provisioned an employee ID is generated and we need to populate the employeeID on the user object. Currently importing these accounts after provisioning is not an option. Is this possible in Saviynt or can attribute flows only go one direction?

Robert,

You can consider doing user import from that application and bring in employeeod.

Thanks,

Minesh.

Hi Robert, currently there is no way to flow the value from account to user object on provisioning. The workaround is what Minesh has recommended, however, let me take this as a feedback for our product management team and see if we can add this as feature in future releases.

Hi Robert,

We will try to replicate the above use case and let you know if any workaround found to achieve this.
