SC 2.0 server failover process

How long does it take for a SC 2.0 server to be out of service before Saviynt fails over to the backup server?

Our Saviynt SC 2.0 server did not failover to our backup even after 10 mins of our main SC 2.0 server being down.

If you can point to some documentation, that would work as well.

@PRATYUSH1 we even had a similar issue where failover was not happening properly.

Better suggestion is to reach out to Saviynt DevOps team via Freshdesk ticket.

They would enable and help you to test the same.

If any config that  that has to be enabled, they can only help.

We have already done the failover.

Can you please provide the complete process for failover and backup and provide some pointers on that for future reference?
