Issue in API call to Consult User Manager for Campaign at Step-1

I am testing through Postman following API call to Consult User Manager for Campaign at Step-1:

https://<private>/ECM/api/v5/consultUserManagerforCampaign

HTTP POST with params: 
{
    "updateuser": "admin",
    "campaignid": "11",
    "certkey": "10104",
    "username": ["u1"],
    "newassignee": "ddd",
    "comments": "New Certifier consulted from API"
}

I am getting Success response from API and Consulted icon is shown against user ["u1"] in the Saviynt Certification Console Step-1 but it does not show anywhere that [ddd] is being consulted. Also comments passed during API call are not reflecting in the Saviynt Console.

Please look into this issue.
