I did the same thing on the dev before the Dev environment was upgraded to 24.3 and it is working normally, I had no idea, whether is it only possible to update the end-date using custom query job in this version?

@CR ,oohh it was a mandatory yap, to set to : ${userEmail}, after I set this, all the values of the variables I called were in the body of the email... thinking there was something wrong with calling the variables.. Thanks a lot Regards,Alvian
