Email Template variables - Exported Report - not working

When we hit Export with in a Certification, we get a pop asking us to download a report. However the email template variables mentioned in the Saviynt Documentation do not work. same issue as poreviously mentioned in https://forums.saviynt.com/t5/ide...

Home page banner - how to change colors

The Home Page banner text defaults to a very light color, and is practically useless since it is not seen at all. How do I change the font color so as to make it stand out and visible?See screenshot below.

Is there a way to add quick link to certain pages within SSM for different sav roles?For example, i would like to add a quick link button to the Campaign List page for the sav role Certifiers. The users are getting confused with the new UI.
