SAP usage value in Saviynt doesn't match the data from SAP

Hi,

We have analytics created for SAP endpoint using the entitlement_usage table wherein we have a column usagevalue. This usagevalue from saviynt when compared to the usage value which is generated from SAP for the same endpoint, same entitlement and for the same user on that particular is not same.

Are we missing anything here? What is the reason for the mismatch of data between Saviynt and SAP.

@saidnya_naik please provide more info on what analytics is being used, what discrepancies are you seeing? Is the SAP usage import running on a frequent basis?
