Saviynt CPAM recordings retention policy.

Please let us know how long the CPAM recordings are stored and accessible to us for?

Hi, 

The CPAM session recordings are securely stored for up to one year. After this period, the recordings are moved to deep archival. Although they remain accessible during the archival period, retrieving them requires submitting a support ticket with the relevant session details.
