Need to know list of All SAV roles that has permission to mentioned permission/node "ecmConfig/saviyntConfig".

This will all depend on the SAV Roles that you have created in your instance. You can create a custom analytics report to query back which SAV roles have access to that particular URL path.

Something along these lines should work:

select configattribute, url from requestmap where url like '/ecmConfig/**' or url like '/ecmConfig/saviyntConfig'
