How to test connections (Windows/Unix/DB) externally and generate a report for failed connections ?

We have onboarded 600+ systems which includes Windows, Unix & Database endpoints, we would like to test each connection and report if there are any failed connections . Would it be possible to generate such report ? if so how to achieve this scenario ?
