Enable comment on discontinue action in certifications

Hi Team,

Is there any configuration to enable comments on discontinue action in certifications?

Can we enable comment on certification discontinuation or campaign discontinuation?

Greetings.

When we discontinue a campaign, we will get a mandatory comment pop up that opens up. There is no configuration for it as it is OOTB.

Thanks for the reply. But for me when discontinuing a campaign, it is not asking for comments.

Check attached screenshot. So can you please check if you have enabled some setting for it to ask for comments. Also which saviynt version are you using?

As I mentioned in my initial response, I have not enabled any configuration. 

This feature has been introduced in 23.11 and you can find relevant information for it in the 23.11 release notes.
