CPAM: Additional information required on the BreakGlass Process

Hello,

We are referring to the below document for Saviynt Break Glass Process. Can you please answer the below questions:

Questions:

1. How will the BreakGlass workflow work if there is a major outage for the Cloud Provider? Is the DR utility Cloud provider different from the Break Glass utility (Primary Region)?

2. How is it decided which Cloud Provider can be used for Primary and DR utilities? Can the customer choose this?

3. As per the workflow, there are 3 Shards required to initiate the utility, how can the shards be rotated?

4. Data replication as per documentation is every 1 hour, is this configurable?

5. Is there any additional cost if BreakGlass process has to be implemented?

1. How will the BreakGlass workflow work if there is a major outage for the Cloud Provider? Is the DR utility Cloud provider different from the Break Glass utility (Primary Region)?

- The cloud provider is same but the DR utility will reside in a different region from the primary

2. How is it decided which Cloud Provider can be used for Primary and DR utilities? Can the customer choose this?

- These utilities are provided in the same Cloud Provider where the EIC resides

3. As per the workflow, there are 3 Shards required to initiate the utility, how can the shards be rotated?

- Rotation of shards is not supported

4. Data replication as per documentation is every 1 hour, is this configurable?

- No, this is the standard duration and cannot be configured

5. Is there any additional cost if BreakGlass process has to be implemented?

- There is no additional cost
