EIC 24.4 is now GA!

On behalf of Saviynt Labs, we are excited to announce the General Availability of EIC 24.4.

With this release, we are thrilled to share some exciting new features enhancing our customer usability with improved user experience and innovative enhancements.

  • With 24.4, we are introducing the early access release of our cutting-edge recommendation engine. This engine has been meticulously crafted from scratch to provide automated recommendations within the Saviynt platform. Leveraging advanced proprietary machine learning algorithms, it generates precise recommendations and provides clear justifications for access requests and certifications. By empowering requestors, approvers, and certifiers, we aim to enhance decision-making while alleviating decision fatigue caused by the growing volume of access requests. The engine is a generational leap ahead of the existing recommendations capability within Saviynt and dramatically reduces the need for human involvement in providing recommendations to end users.

The Recommendation feature provides users with a list of applications and access that are recommended for self and others based on the beneficiaries' peer access. Certifiers can use recommendations in User Manager, Entitlement Owner and Application owner campaigns, to make prompt and well-informed decisions. The recommendations engine presents approval confidence levels (high or medium), rejection recommendations, and a detailed explanation for each recommendation to the certifier.

The capability is available for Early Access from Release v24.4. During this period, any customer can explore the feature in their lower environment without any licensing restrictions for 90 days. If you are considering deploying this capability in a production environment, we recommend collaborating closely with the Saviynt team during this period. Once this feature becomes Generally Available, licensing restrictions will apply for customers who wish to continue using this feature. We encourage those interested in trying out this feature during early access to reach out to us at
earlyaccess@saviynt.com. Our team will provide you with comprehensive information and guidance about this exciting capability.

  • Introducing preview of account and access data. This enhancement allows administrators to analyze the account and access data in target applications and make the required changes in the connector configurations. This feature is available for Active Directory, LDAP, ADSI, and AzureAD connectors.

  • CPAM's Neo Experience allows users to request and access privileged sessions effortlessly. The redesigned interface is meticulously crafted, prioritizing user needs and ensuring a seamless experience while using the platform. The integration of a global search function streamlines navigation by eliminating the need to navigate through multiple pages, offering a swift and efficient search experience.

  • With 24.4, we have released an enhanced SAP connector for SAP GRC, we are excited to announce a significant upgrade to our external risk integration with SAP GRC. In order to provide a more complete and insightful analysis, this update adds important new BAPI fields to your detailed reports. You can now make faster and more confident decisions with improved data integration. This enhancement is available for both Neo and Classic Access Request Experience.
