AD user objects under the Windows endpoint are displaying as inactive

We have run the bootstrapping process on an on-premise Windows endpoint (Domain Joined). AD user objects and groups have been imported as part of the bootstrapping process, but we encountered the following issues

1. No matter what their actual status in AD is, the status of all imported AD objects is inactive

2. The entitlements (AD group) are not properly associated with the AD accounts

Hi @suresh_ravuri

Can you please share the mapping JSONs for ad objects that are imported.

Make sure
