What is Incremental PC in "Job Type" , inside Saviynt?

I really need to have some info on Incremental PC 
 in Saviynt tool.   What is it about?   
(Below I have attached one screenshot of it from Saviynt tool, it's under "Job Type" section ).

If anyone knows anything about it, kindly reply 🙏 
Definition , notes, uses , advantages   etc  , anything please.

Could you please confirm if the issue with the "Incremental PC" job is specific to the AWS connection?

We are currently checking whether this job serves a specific purpose or if it is simply a part of the automatic population during import.We will keep you posted here.
