Hi Team,
The issue involves a failure in triggering the User Update Rule when a user's CP45 field is updated to "Active" via the SAV4SAV Connection through Analytics.
Conditions:
User's CP45 is updated.
User's CP45 is populated as "Active" (from a SAV4SAV Connection when a Job is run)
Action Expected:
Enable the user (change status from Inactive to Active).
Issue:
When CP45 is updated to "Active" through the SAV4SAV Connection via Analytics, the User Update Rule is not triggered.
When CP45 is manually populated to "Active" directly through the UI, the user status changes to Active as expected.
The User Update Rule is configured to trigger on update from UI, Import, and API calls, and we observed that it failed for all three.
Please assist in investigating this issue.
Thank you.
Regards,
Aarthi

@rushikeshvartak @Vedanth-BK @NM
The issue with this one was the Check Rules option was not marked as Yes. So the rule was triggered.
This has been resolved. Thank you.

Hello @aarthianand93
what is the "Trigger Actions when" set in the user update rule? if the value is updated during import, then the trigger should be "trigger when user is updated from import"

Hi @aarthianand93 , what is the trigger action ?
Is it set of trigger when user is updated from API?
