User update rule not getting triggered

Hi Team,

We observed that one of the user update is not getting triggered.

Condition: If Customproperty13 is updated & customproperty13 not equals Null. Then trigger the update account task. Trigger point - "Trigger when user is updated from API's call"

But it's not triggering the rule. we checked the logs we didn't see any error in logs.

Please find the attached screen shot for reference.

Please help us to resolve this issue.

In condition, can you please change OR to AND and try and let us know.

Please check your condition as you've mentioned and in the below condition, but you've mentioned 'OR' as per your screenshot.

'If Customproperty13 is updated & customproperty13 not equals Null'

Tried by giving the "and" still it's not triggering the rule.
