user password reset without request

Hello,

I am receiving complaints from users who had their accounts reset "automatically" by Saviynt, and it is happening randomly. Has anyone had this experience before?

We are using version 5.5SP3 (on-premise).

Can you elaborate use case more here ?

  • Is it user password ?
  • is it application account password ?
  • Are you using password filter from AD ?
