Unlock Account task is not getting created for Active directory.

Hi,

We've encountered an issue where the Unlock Account task is not being generated for Active Directory. We have followed the steps of going through ARS > Change Password > Change Account Password for Self, selecting the AD Account, choosing 'unlock,' and then submitting it. However, instead of creating a 'Unlock Account' task, it generates a 'TaskType - Enable Account' in the pending tasks.

We have already set UNLOCKACCOUNTJSON to { "lockoutTime": "0" }. Are there any additional steps or configurations we may be overlooking that could be preventing the unlock account task from triggering? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @cmohan9

Can you go to the following ARS> Request access for others > endpoint select > There you should be able to select lock/unlock ( same where you can see enable/disable/newaccount ) as well and try it. that should create a lock /unlock account task.

Thanks
