Unable to Import in Prod the exported packages from Dev

Hi,
We exported packages from Dev.
Then we logged into prod and on the import page we selected the zip file from Dev.
When we clicked on Request, Saviynt did not generate a request ID. There is also nothing in the Import History page.

Change zip file name and reimport

We have renamed zip file and imported. We got the same issue.
