Hi,

I created trigger chain job & trigger job as follows

1. Import from DB

2. Provisioning to AD

3. Recon from AD to Saviynt.

In the above

1. Import job is working & triggering pending task.

2. Provisioning job is not running.

3. Recon job is running but it's not updating in saviynt.

You can see the job details below picture

Can you please advise in this issue.

Hi @Sekhar ,

Is there any filter configured in WSRETRY? Is there any other WSRETRY job is in running state from long time?

Hi @pmahalle ,

There is no any filter configure in WSRETRY & there no multiple retry jobs.

We got errors in log:

Thanks,

Sekhar.

How many tasks are there in Pending tasks? Also check no of tasks for each Security System vs Provisioning threshold set in Security System. If threshold value is less than no of pending task, WSRETRY might not pick any task.

Hi @Sekhar ,

The WS Retry Provisioning job type is multi-threaded in nature, which might cause issues in your trigger chain.

Kindly enable the WSBlocking retry job from Admin>Global Configuration

After that, you can create a job trigger of WSBlockingRetryJob and use that in your trigger chain.
