Anyone have any idea on this.

Thanks

@hemanthvn ,

There won't be update account tasks created automatically for this. You'll need to trigger it yourself. By default, the transfer of ownership functionality in the user udpate rule only updates the manager on IGA. To push this to the target, you'll need to trigger update account tasks additionally.

Hello Armaan,

Another additional rule already present like when manager update by import/API it should trigger update account task.  Issue is saviynt not capture manager update in the subordinates users record history and it will not trigger any user update rules not only update account task.

Thanks
