Termination in CRM

Hey All,

We are trying to change the user group to terminated and change the enddate to today when we go to disable a CRM account through Saviynt. At the moment, it's only locking the password in CRM. Is there something we have misconfigured?

Hi @aidanryan 

For SAP connectors, Disable account is only going to lock accountsTERMINATEDUSERGROUP and TERMINATED_USER_ROLE_ACTION work only with Account removal or termination. This is expected product behavior.

What qualifies as a termination? We termed the user and the user group was not populating.

Termination means when an employee leaves the organization. You should ideally have a user update rule to check if the user's status has become inactive and based on that, users accesses and accounts should be revoked. 

Can you clarify how are you terminating the user in your environment?

Hey @prasannta

Right now it is only locking the CRM account. We also want it to change the "Valid Through" date to the current date. Currently, it stays at 12/31/9999. Is there something we need to add to the TERMINATED_USER_ROLE_ACTION to make this happen?
