Technical rules was not triggering for new hires

Hello Team,

We have observed a issue where the technical rules were not triggering for few new hires. The users were imported through connection. For example if there are 10 users for 6 users rules got triggered and for 4 users rules got not triggered.

Same rules were working fine in test environment but not in prod.

Any advice on this

Check Execution Trail for error

Hello RUshikesh,

We have checked the Execution trail there is no error , all the tasks were processed. When we update manually then the tasks are processed.

This issue is only happening for new hire users and for only few users.

Please let us know if this is a known issue or are we missing anything

Can you validate all the parameters added as part of rule?

We have not observed this issue on version till 23.10
