For an AD Connection, we've encountered an issue, for a New Account task, whereby the actual account creation fails with an error "Error while creating account in AD - [LDAP: error code 53 - 0000052D: SvcErr: DSID-031A12E8, problem 5003 (WILL_NOT_PERFORM), data 0 ]", however when you look at the task status it is shown as "Completed". The reason for the error has been resolved. The account however was not created. The only way to pick up there was an issue is to look at the Provisioning Comments.
Is this a known issue with tasks or will you have to monitor the provisioning comments of all completed tasks in order to determine whether the task has actually failed?
