Task getting discontinued when thee are bulk tasks to complete

Hi Team,

We have task hierarchy enabled in global config and the order is new account - add access - update account - update user.

We encountered one scenario where there are some 20 to 30 tasks to be completed together.

During that time  some tasks are not following the task hierarchy and it is affecting the requirement for the user.

Can you please help us in this.

Even we saw this behavior in 5.5 if task execution hierarchy was specified then system will discontinuing the ADD Access task. In our case task execution hierarchy was not needed and hence we removed it and post that ADD Access task were getting processed as expected.
