We are using the "Saviynt App for ServiceNow" and ServiceNow as the Workflow Engine to raise and approve application account, access and roles in ServiceNow. Customer can specify a start date and end date in ServiceNow, but the time zone in ServiceNow is not UTC. The issue is that the Add/Remove Access tasks in Saviynt get created in UTC time zone, which is incorrect and happens much later than the customer time zone.
Is there any way to configure the time zone for these tasks or the Create Request APIs?

No. Currently Saviynt creates request with UTC timezone

Thanks Rushikesh, this is definitely a product limitation and should be addressed. I have voted for the idea "Create Request API doesn't support timezone". But the configuration should be available in the "Saviynt App for ServiceNow" too.
