SSO NoSuchFileException

Hi,

We are trying to set up SSO configuration for our platform but at the end when we try to activate the configuration we have this error : NoSushFileException /saviynt_shared/security/SAML/active at java.nio.file

I attached the logs.

Is there any configuration missing ? We followed all the steps in the documentation

how did you configured sso ?

using new sso steps or old way uploading files ?

We used New sso steps like mentioned in documentation, but this error occurred when we want to activate the configuration.

Anything specific you see in the logs?

Seems to be some backend issue from Saviynt.

We even recently done an SSO integration but did not face any issue.

I suggest opening an FD ticket with Saviynt Ops.

Also, once you recive any feedback, please help in sharing with wider audience.

  • SP = SaviyntDefault
  • Saviynt Username = Email
  • Signed SAML Response: NO
