SOD Error while Submitting the Request

Hello,
 
When we are trying to submit  Add access request for an application we are getting an SOD error and its not allowing us to submit the request.

 We have verified all these Savrole permissions mentioned in this topic  are present in our Role_Admin Savrole.

 

 
Please help us to resolve this issue.

Hi Aditya 

There might be two reasons this can arise, could you please cross check.

  • Duplicate entitlements present for application (This reason is for any user)
  • User (End user/non admin) does not have access to SOD evaluation.

Could you please run below query and find all the duplicate entitlements if any - 

select entitlementtypekey, entitlement_value, count(entitlement_value) as count from entitlement_values group by ENTITLEMENTTYPEKEY,ENTITLEMENT_VALUE having count > 1;
