SOAP Domain Connectivity

Hi Team,

We are using SOAP connector to connect to an Endpoint, if we provide the Endpoint domain name such as abc.xyz.com/A1/B1...., then we are unable to establish the connection and we get a whole series of logs starting such as :

java.lang.Exception: abc.xyz.com
ERROR domain.EcmConfigController - abc.xyz.com

---------------------------------------------------------------

But if we use IP address of abc.xyz.com, then the connection is successful for the SOAP connector.

We have checked there is no Firewall or DNS Issue involved from our server where Saviynt is hosted to the endpoint but still
when we use the domainname of the endpoint there are issues but when we use the IP Address it connects as expected.

We are able to ping the IP address from the hosted connector server but have to check with the domain name again.

I believe the Host entry is added in the server.

Via IP We can connect from Saviynt to Endpoint but with Domain name connection is not established successfully.

What does logs says ?
