How to configure Service now ticket number in Email template?

Hello @shine ,

Once all the approvals are created EIC creates the pending task.

Now at this time you only have an option to send the email once all approvals are completed.

Since the ticket ID creation happens post task creation (and in some case if job is scheduled it may take some time). Hence, once the provisiong job is complete then only you get the ticket ID.

Hence I believe there is no way to add the Ticket ID in the email template.

Anyhow target system (SNOW, Zendesk ) has the capability to send email once ticket is generated.
