SFTP Connector not visible in Connection Type

Hello All

We are trying to setup a SFTP connection from Saviynt to client SFP server. We dont see the option of SFTP Connector in connection type when we create a new connection.

From what I read, we need to enable 'Enable Connector MicroService' from Settings --> Microservices, I have done that too. But, dont see the connector option.

Also went through the connector guide to see if there are any other pre-requisites and found this for SFTP Connector

If anyone can let us know what configs should we enable on Saviynt so that we start seeing the SFTP connector.

@sunilrashinkar  For that connector enable need create support ticket , they confimed in same box

add below line in external configuration file and restart system

sav.application.startupConfig=UPDATEEXTERNALCONNECTIONTYPE

If does not work then
Raise support ticket they will enable option

Hi Sunil

Followed, "Creating a Connection Type" steps from Saviynt guide : Configuring the Integration for File Transfer (saviyntcloud.com) 

The guide does not say to restart saviynt after you create SFTP connection type, but saviynt needs restart to reflect the connector type.

No assistance required from Saviynt backend support on this configuration.
