Error Detected: API_ERROR Message: Entitlement type Groups not found

Hi ,

We are getting this error

"Error Detected: API_ERROR Message: Entitlement type Groups not found"

in our UAT environment for saviynt app for servicenow after completing approval. It is working fine in dev with same configuration. 

After completing of approvals, it is throwing this error while calling saviynt api for pending task creation.

Any guess, why we are getting this error?

@manishka check entitlement type in both the environment if it is matching ..

@manishka  can you check UAT Environment and DEV Environment Entitlement type name same or not? not a display name

Under Endpoint. - Entitlement Type - View detail icon - check entitlement type name 

you may be added entitlement type display name

Hi Rushi,

Values of entitlement type name i.e "memberOf" is same in both environments. Could you please suggest another point of debugging.

Check Saviynt App Configuration you have configured Groups in entitlement type
