SFTP connection failing

Hi Team,

SFTP connection for File download from the windows server is failing.

I have followed the document and created the SFTP connection. But, the connection is still failing.

  credentials are correct still we are getting this error

Can any one help ?

Can you provide more details what authentication method you are using to connect? Also, can you make sure you have followed all necessary steps provided in below link:
