serviceunavailable message since upgrading to EIC

I am getting a serviceunavailable constantly when using Saviynt IGA since we went to EIC. We were previously on 5.5. I have two accounts; my regular user account and then a separate admin account that's assigned to me. When I'm using my admin account and clicking through menus and looking up user records every 5-10 minutes I get a message that says "serviceunavailable" and I can't do anything but reload the page and start over. I even asked our support person after our upgrade and they just told me to post to the portal. It's so disruptive to trying to support and answer questions.

It seems issue with microservice / pods please raise support ticket
