Hello,

We are on 24.4 and will be using ServiceNow as a managed app and also a ticketing system. Is there any information on the versions or ServiceNow releases that are supported?  Or does it not matter?

  • It does not matter. 
  • This are REST API call hence its supported on 24.x version
