Hello,

Any leads on what are the advantages of using ServiceNow as an audit system vs as a ticketing system?

The FD doc, is not much helpful on it. Looking forward for some real time experience on same.

Regards,

Priyank

Thanks Rushikesh, this is in regard to ServiceNow connector which is Saviynt's offering.

I did check it with Saviynt engineers, it seems that when using ServiceNow as an audit system, we can create tickets for connected applications and close them. This ticket is used for audit purpose later.

When used for ticketing it just creates tickets for disconnected applications.

Thanks for looking into this.
