Service Interruption Notifications

Hello there, we are facing issues and service interruptions time and again leading to email failure (we have a jar that picks up pending task for disconnected application and sends out a consolidated email to the provisioner). Sometime the Analytics fails almost after completing its purpose, which is resulting an issue with whole lifecycle event, we had previously created a ticket when SSO didn't worked for us. The response we got was one for the POD was down and the support team did some restart, fixed for then. Now with other tasks that works with 99% efficiency breaking for handful of users.

Is it possible, that we get an email notification when the services/Pods/microservices/Virtual Applicance goes down? My past experience with similar SAAS product is that when the VA goes down, he got notified in 5 and 15 mins configured which helped us to track the failed events so we could specifically work on them manually. (Hope we will get a Permanant fix in future)

  • You need to contact CSM for same
  • saviynt internally tracks via Datadog but they don’t add any external emails other than saviynt.
  • at client side you can implement dyna trace to validate user login to find such issues
