Service account owner import from Active Directory

Hi,

Is there a way to import service account owners from Active directory. We have service account owners being updated in Active Directory frequently while Saviynt tend to have old owners.

From some of the forum posts, I can see that importing service account owners through account reconciliation was not previously supported. Is it currently supported in version 24.4?

If not, what are the possible workaround other than uploading the CSV file and can you please provide details on how it can be implemented.

  • Only workaround is import through CSV for account owner tab
