Hello,
We have a workflow in place for user creation/modification, with email templates both for the request phase as well as when the approval has gone through.
We now have a business requirement to send a different message in case the request is for the modification of an existing user rather than the creation of a new one. Ideally, we would like to separate these cases at the workflow level, using an if/else clause, but doing it in the email template itself would be acceptable too (changing the body of the email based on whether it's an update or a creation).
This is our current workflow:
We would like to keep this but have the start connected to an if/else, have some groovy or query to distinguish updates from creations, and depending on the branch into two paths.
Thank you,
Lukas
