Sending Email to Distribution List via Send Email API

Hi All,

Is it possible to send an email to a distribution list (DL) using the Send Email API? I'm receiving a success response when I try, but the email doesn't actually appear to be delivered.

Yes it supported, check if IT team if anyone can send email to DL or not.

Hi @Ajaykoppula , it does send an email with DL. Hope you have tried sending email to that dl outside Saviynt and it works. To validated DL is not wrong.

And, you have tried to send email to yourself via Saviynt API. To validate API body and SMTP is setup properly.
