Send email when all tasks for a Enterprise role requests is completed.

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to send out request completion email when all the tasks(entitlement provisioning tasks) for a request are completed. We don't want to send email for individual task completion but for the whole request completion to requestor and requestee, if possible to all the approvers of the request also.

Is this scenario achievable in Saviynt. As far as we have seen request status get set to completed in ars_request table on approval completion and not on all task completion.

Use Task completion email template from global configuration

You configure this template to notify users with certain details when task associated with the requests are completed. This email template can be set in global configurations and at endpoint level.

• To set this email template in global configurations, go to Admin > Global Configurations > Tasks > Task Complete Email Template.

• To add this email template at endpoint level, go to Admin > Identity Repository > Security Systems > Endpoints > Add under Add Email Templates. In the Add Email Templates window that displays, ensure that you select Task Complete as email action.

Won't task completion email send for each task that gets created for enterprise role. 

So, if a enterprise role has 5 entitlement then 5 tasks will be created and requestor will receive multiple completion email(one for each task completion).

Our requirement is to send one final email once all tasks for a requests are completed.

Please, confirm if global task completion email will be triggered only once for whole request completion
