Secondary Certifier unable to certify Primary certifier's access suddenly

Hi Team,

We saw for an ongoing certification the secondary certifier is unable to certify primary certifier's access suddenly. He was able to certify for one entitlement but not for other. And it is for all the secondary certifiers that has started to happen for that campaign. Could you please let me know what can be the issue.

• end user name 
• primary certifier name

type of campaign: Entitlement owner campaign

end user name: do you mean the primary/secondary certifier?

primary certifier name: Peter Vrijhof

Secondary certifier: 

For this same entitlement value the secondary certifier wants to certify primary certifier's access.

Does Alex is Ent owner/ Campaign owner

@rushikeshvartak , Alex is the entitlement owner (secondary certifier). He was able to certify primary certifier's access for a different entitlement value but suddenly the secondary certifiers are unable to do it.

Hi @rushikeshvartak Alex is not the campaign owner. In the perspective of entitlement owner do you mean that is he having the rank 1,2 etc or rank 27, right?

Other than rank 26/27 does alex is owner
