SAVROLE - ROLE_SAV_AUDITOR_READONLY Not working as expected from API call

Hi Team,

There is a default SAV ROLE - ROLE_SAV_AUDITOR_READONLY in Saviynt, if we are assigning this savRole to a user, the user is able to see the entitlements list when logged in through Saviynt UI. However, when we call the API https://ABC.saviyntcloud.com/ECM/api/v5/getEntitlements from Postman using the same user after successful authentication, it returns "Status 403 – Forbidden" . Can you please assist?

Hi @Ajit , do you see the same API under sav role webservice tab?

Sav role provides entitlement administration access which can be updated from ars module hence 403 is coming which is expected

You can create custom sav role and full fill your requirements. Any changes to OOTB sav role submit idea ticket. OOTB roles created for UI and end user perspective and not for api purposes
