Does SaviyntApp in ServiceNow supports Update Account Operation?

We could not find any catalog request option in SaviyntApp in SNOW.

Are there any configurations that needs to be enabled to make it work?

Currently, It's not supported and I would suggest creating an idea in the ideas portal with your use case.
