Hi Team,
We are seeing below screen in Saviynt,
Saviynt suggested to increase the http session time out value to 600 but the issue still persists.
Any solution on this?

few things.
1. your account is not present in the system.
2. You have an account but the userlookup is different.
Check with support team to get the user setup or check the other config.

We are seeing this often, it is happening for all accounts, my account is listed in system also.

We even experience this issue when there is session timeout is found.
Anyhow the issue was partially resolved ( 2 failure out of 20 attempts) post modifying the timeout setting

We changed the timeout setting, sometime we face this issue, raised a saviynt ticket.

This is a known issue in Saviynt for session timeout and cookies.
They will suggest making changes to the config files.
