We are working on the management of Shared Mailboxes as Service account type within Saviynt. As recommended on other forums topics.
In our integration, we are front ending it with SNOW request forms. Where user is expected to fill request form on SNOW and using Saviynt APIs a request will be generated within Saviynt.
We want to understand, if Saviynt App for SNOW can be used for managing request access process for Service Accounts?
