Saviynt App for ServiceNow - User Link Properties Assistance

Team - We are going live with the Saviytn app for ServiceNow. We have accomodated majority of the correlation of the Saviynt users to ServiceNow users through the default parameters. We are trying accomodate the remainder of the population through the configuration shown below but it does not appear to evaluate the correlation fields at the bottom. Can someone provide insight on this and validate we are configuring it correctly?
