Saviynt API User and Saviynt API Password

Hi, 

I need to configure a connection properties for  service now instance to allow it to communicate with the Saviynt IGA platform.

This mentions Saviynt API User and Saviynt API Password are required for versions 2.0.14 and above. From the documentation, i see no instructions on how to generate this user.

Has anyone here been able to create this user on is it a Saviynt personnel who's responsible for it?

@Rho , You can create this user yourself 

2) via csv upload 

3) {{url}}/ECM/{{path}}/createUser

Add user to existing sav role or create new based on what SNOW will use it for. Generally , ROLE_ADMIN.

• Create user from UI and provide required sav role.
• if you have enabled SSO then you can disable localauthenabled for service account using Saviynt REST API - updateUser
