Saviynt Api User Access with SSO Enabled

Hello All,

We are trying use Saviynt Api for SAV4SAV Rest connection and we have SSO enabled in our enviroment.  We are facing issue in login in postman. we have created a user with password expired to false and assigned Role_Admin Sav role, and through request home page we have rest the password.

but when we try get the access token /ECM/api/login from this endpoint using the username and password it is giving us 401 Unauthorised.

Is there something I am missing in user setup?

Can you confirm if you are able to login to Saviynt UI with this user (using local auth and not using SSO). The local auth has to be enabled for this user.
