I configured grantaccessJSON for usergroup for sav4sav

Could you please confirm if below JSON is correct? 

"Insert into usergroup_users(USERKEY, USER_GROUPKEY,UPDATEDATE,UPDATEUSER) VALUES (${user.id},46,utc_timestamp(),1"
